GGMNY Celebrates Its 4th Year Anniversary
GGMNY (Grace Gospel Missions of New York) marked a significant milestone on December 17, 2023, as they joyously celebrated their 4th anniversary. The event held at the renowned 58 Manor, formerly known as D'Haven, brought together approximately 110 attendees who joined in the festivities to commemorate this special occasion.

The anniversary celebration was a testament to the growth and impact that GGMNY has achieved over the past four years. Founded with the vision of spreading the Goodnews of salvation and making a positive difference in the community, the organization has consistently lived up to its mission of touching the lives of individuals.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome from the GGMNY team, expressing gratitude to all the supporters, volunteers, and partners who have contributed to the church's success. The atmosphere was filled with a sense of camaraderie and appreciation as attendees shared stories of the meaningful experiences they had encountered through their involvement with GGMNY.

Renowned musicians Eric Celerio and Jun Javier were among many performers who lent their talents to the event. Both artists showcased their extraordinary talents, captivating the audience with their heartfelt melodies and soul-stirring music. Their music transcended cultural boundaries, creating a harmonious atmosphere that resonated with everyone present.

The GGMNY choir, composed of talented individuals, took center stage and left the audience spellbound. Under the expert direction of GGMNY Music Director, Maestra Tess Barquia, the choir delivered a breathtaking mini-concert filled with an array of Christmas songs and melodies. Special solo numbers were also rendered by Jisyl Manuel, Jackie Gelacio, and Janielle Dumapit. Special guests Hans and Shane Garcia also contributed to the worship and celebration.

"We are humbled and grateful for the talent and dedication displayed by our guest musicians and the GGMNY Choir. Their performances were awe-inspiring and brought a sense of divine joy to everyone present," said Pastor Joel Dumapit, the Lead Pastor of GGMNY. Pastor Dumapit also shared the purpose and mission of GGMNY entitled, "Why GRACE," in which he defined the 5-fold purpose statement of the church.

As the celebration continued, attendees enjoyed a sumptuous feast prepared by 58 Manor Restaurant, known for its delectable cuisine. The joyful conversations and laughter filled the hall with noises of unity and celebration.

Reflecting on the event, GGMNY's Pastor expressed his gratitude, stating, "I am immensely grateful for the support and dedication of everyone who has been a part of this journey. It is through your unwavering commitment that we have been able to achieve so much in just four years. I look forward to continuing our mission of spreading God's love to our community in the years to come."

The 4th anniversary celebration of GGMNY was not only a momentous occasion, but also a reminder of the power of unity and collective effort in creating positive change. Pastor Joel Launches Weekly Bible Study Series on the Book of Daniel
New York City, January 2024 - Pastor Joel, the Lead Pastor of GGMNY, has announced the launch of an exciting new Bible Study series that will delve into the profound teachings of the book of Daniel.
This in-depth study aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the prophetic vision contained within the book, as well as insights on remaining faithful to God in times of adversity.
The book of Daniel, known for its captivating narratives and prophetic visions, offers valuable lessons for believers navigating challenging circumstances in today's world. Pastor Joel will guide participants through the key themes and messages found in the book, providing practical applications for daily life.
The weekly Bible Study series will be held every Wednesday evening, starting January 17, 2024. Each session will be packed with thought-provoking discussions, interactive activities, and guided reflections to encourage active participation and foster a deeper connection with the text.

GGMNY Leaders Volunteer at Evangel Church in Long Island City, NY
Long Island City, February 3, 2024 - Leaders from Grace Gospel Missions of New York (GGMNY) with some members of GGMNY Online Community have extended their helping hand to Evangel Church in Long Island City, dedicating their Saturdays to volunteer work. Led by Sis. Hannah Murphy, these compassionate individuals have been actively involved in cleaning the church and participating in food distribution initiatives, bringing much-needed assistance to the local community.
Recognizing the opportunity to serve beyond their own congregation, the leaders from GGMNY have embraced the chance to support Evangel Church and make a positive impact on the lives of those facing hardship. Their commitment to service and outreach has been instrumental in fostering a spirit of collaboration and making a lasting difference.
Every Saturday, Sis. Hannah Murphy and the GGMNY leaders with some members of GGMNY Online Community gather at Evangel Church to lend their helping hands in cleaning the premises. Working diligently, they ensure that the church is a welcoming and clean environment for worship and fellowship. From dusting pews to mopping floors, their efforts have significantly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the church, creating a space where congregants and visitors can feel comfortable and inspired.
In addition to their cleaning duties, these volunteers, actively participate in food distribution initiatives at Evangel Church. Understanding the impact of food insecurity on individuals and families, they help to alleviate hunger and provide nourishment to those in need. Through their dedicated work, they bring hope and support to the local community, ensuring that no one goes hungry.
The leaders from GGMNY and Evangel Church invite individuals from all walks of life to join them in their volunteer efforts. Whether it is lending a helping hand in cleaning the church or participating in food distribution initiatives, everyone is encouraged to contribute their time and resources to make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.
